Rod did an awesome job! My wife and I are from Toronto and have never been to Saint John, NB. So his general knowledge of the area and the real-estate environment was key. We had spoken to a few agents prior. It didn’t seem like they were taking us serious (questions unanswered, no call backs, only showing us what they want to sell…) or they were reluctant to invest the time educating us on the market. Rod was different. He responded to every question in timely manner, showed us what we wanted to see, and always took the time to talk. We bought in less then a month, a big part due to the trust in our real-estate agent.
